Digital Mental Health Group Session
nest hosts online group sessions for professionals working in digital mental health. These sessions are built around a collaborative approach, with a shared goal of supporting one another while exchanging ideas, experiences, and perspectives.
We do not position ourselves as experts. Instead, every participant actively contributes to shaping the session. Topics are not predefined by us alone. We invite participants to suggest themes and questions they find relevant in their own work. Based on these suggestions—together with topics we consider timely and important—we jointly determine the focus of each session. This ensures that discussions reflect real needs and practical challenges in the field.
During the session, we introduce guiding questions to help structure the conversation, but the dialogue remains open and participatory. Everyone is encouraged to share insights, raise questions, and contribute their perspective. In this way, each participant plays a role not only in the discussion itself but also in the decision-making process regarding what is explored.
Our role at nest is to facilitate and create a safe, respectful, and structured environment for these exchanges. Sessions take place online, last approximately one hour, and require no preparation.
Invitations are shared with our community, and professionals working in digital mental health are warmly welcome to join. You are also welcome to contact us for further details.
